I started writing paranormal romance relatively late in life. I was fifty-years old when I published my first book. Many would ask why it took so long to start a writing career and I really only have one answer: Life experiences finally brought me to the place where I felt I had something to offer.

The romantic influence of my writing career came easily because I married my high school sweetheart, and we’ve been together ever since. I thank the stars above for my loving husband every day of my life. I’m living the romantic dream, people, with the man I was destined to be with, and it feels wonderful! Every romance I write, he is right there in the forefront of my mind.

I have written six paranormal romance books with another to be released soon. Two of my books have won first place awards from the Paranormal Romance Guild, and my Rock Star Series has received first place recognition in its category as well.

When they finally asked me to read my stories out loud to them, it all changed. Then they’d bug me about writing new chapters so they could find out what happened next ! Sandy Wolters […]

  3. […] It’s the one thing in my life I’ve always received the greatest satisfaction from. Maybe it’s because I tend to be reclusive, or I’ve always been lost in my head – hard to say. But I can’t imagine living my life without crafting new stories and new worlds. It would be boring to me. Sandy Wolters […]
