Why do you write?

It relaxes me and I want to share my ideas with the world

Have you always enjoyed writing? 

Not always, there been days that I don’t feel like writing

What motivates you to write?

My cat and what happened to him, and my family that been keep pushing me with writing and dream big like reaching Hollywood

What writing are you most proud of?

To be honest, I am proud of all my writings because there’s always be something to learn from them

What are you most proud of in your personal life?

That I am too stubborn to give up, and very creative

What books did you love growing up?

Warriors by Erin Hunter

What do you hope your obituary will say about you?

I wrote, I struggled, I succeed

Location and life experiences can really influence writing, tell us where you grew up and where you now live?

Well I live in Nazareth Israel at this moment, but in the past I used to live in Hifa when my parents weren’t separated but now I live with my mother in and siblings in Nazareth.

How did you develop your writing?

I developed my writing skills through role playing warriors from Erin Hunter

What is hardest – getting published, writing or marketing?

Getting published

What marketing works for you?

Marketing that reaches kids’ parents

Do you find it hard to share your work?

No

Is your family supportive? Do your friends support you?

I get a lot of support from my family, and from some of my friends

What else do you do, other than write?

I play video games

What other jobs have you had in your life?

I never had a stable job in my life

If you could study any subject at university what would you pick?

Theater, directing, script writing or game development

If you could live anywhere in the world where would it be?

The USA because I would be closer to my friends and Hollywood

Tell us about your family?

I live with my mother and 2 brothers and a sister. My mother is jobless but always finds a way to provide our needs. My big brother finished his computers degree, I am proud of him. My sister had brain cancer and she defeated it. My brother started his own business

How do you write – laptop, pen, paper, in bed, at a desk?

How much sleep do you need to be your best?

About 7 hours

Is there anyone you’d like to acknowledge and thank for their support?

My family and my cat that always been there for me in my darkest times

Every writer has their own idea of what a successful career in writing is, what does success in writing look like to you?

A movie series or a game series

It is vital to get exposure and target the right readers for your writing, tell us about your marketing campaign?

I don’t really have a marketing campaign, but I am working on one

Tell us about your new book? Why did you write it? 

My book is about a cat that will grab your attention and pluck your heart strings. It is a tale of a young kitten abandoned by his mother and how he struggles to find a place he can call home. A heartwarming tale of a lost cat and how his willingness to never give up helped him find the home he always wanted.

If you could have a dinner party and invite anyone dead or alive, who would you ask?

Stan Lee, Beethoven, Albert Einstein, Vicky Holmes

When you are not writing, how do you like to relax?

Playing video games, listen to music

What do you hope people will take away from your writing? How will your words make them feel?

To learn to give love and compassion to all living things from animals to humans and even plants

Please tell us something about yourself.

I am 30 years old, I have Autism Asperger.

How did you get into what you do right now? Please tell us more about your journey.

I have been working on publishing my children’s book for over 10 years. I have finally been able to publish it on Amazon Kindle. It was a very hard and long road for me, looking for artists and editors and where to put it up. For a lot of people, it doesn’t become true. Still, I finally fulfilled my dream with the help of my determination and stubbornness and not losing hope. I am finally out there, and you guys can do it, make your dreams come true, never give up, and one day it will happen.

Who are your role models?

Erin Hunter, the author of Warriors, is my role model.

What inspires you?

My cat, Marco. He always finds a way to calm me when I am sad or angry.

Please tell us about your book ‘Marco The Missing.’

‘Marco The Missing’ is a children’s book about a kitten that gets lost and abandoned and how he found his home. Book arts have been done by Rait Visual Works https://www.deviantart.com/raitvisualworks. 

What’s your most memorable experience?

Seeing my book on Amazon, my first book ever has been the most memorable experience.

Which social media channels work best for promoting your work? 

Facebook works best for me.

What’s your greatest fear?

My fear is receiving bad reviews.

Looking back, what’s one thing you wish you understood better before you ever got started?

The road is hard and filled with many challenges, just don’t give up.

What are the strategies that helped you become successful in your journey

I keep pushing myself and believing I will succeed.

What keeps you going when things get tough?

The thought of children reading my book and learning not to be abusive to animals.
