What’s your favorite color and favorite dessert? 

Chris Lange 

Blue. Chocolate mousse

Leanore Elliott

Red, like my hair. Chocolate cream pie or almost any chocolate dessert.

Jennifer Theriot

Favorite color – hands down is coral. It ‘s such a feel good color. Favorite dessert has to be Red Velvet cake with cream cheese icing (the more icing, the better)

Purple, and lemon tart 😊

Purple and creme brulee. I wouldn’t mind having a purple creme brulee wink

What made you choose the genre you write? 

Chris Lange 

Fantasy romance is my favorite genre because magic allows me to give free rein to my imagination.

I write various genres of romance. I am a romantic, down to my toes.

I love reading romance – always have. After I finished the Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy, back in 2012, I wished there were books available with older main characters – you know ? Women over thirty.  Most of the romance I’d read  was about twenty something main characters. Over drinks and dinner one night, two of my friends actually dared me to write a book about middle aged lovers.  Those who know me will attest to the fact that if you dare me, I’ll do it !

The freedom to express my stories however I wanted.

In paranormal romance, anything is possible.  The storylines are only limited by the author’s imagination.

How do you promote your work?

Chris Lange 

Facebook and Twitter, sometimes Goodreads.

Leanore Elliott

Mostly Facebook and Guesting at 4 FB parties a month. In my early days, I did 6 blogspots a month for 2 straight years.

Jennifer Theriot

Social media ! Lately, I’ve found Twitter to be a great avenue. Of course, the traditional promotional sites like Robin Reads, The Midlist, and Book Bub are great as well.

Maggie Nash

I generally promote on Facebook, Twitter, Offer ARCs on Goodreads, and sometimes do blog posts on my friends blogs.

Morticia Knight

I use a combination of social media, blog posts, ads and attending author signing/book conventions. I don’t believe in pushing my book down everyone’s throat. I try to belong to groups on social media that are like-minded and also support fellow authors. It’s really a great community of people.
